Santa Fe, N.M.-Winter specials at Buffalo Thunder Resort  & Casino  include delicious holiday menus, discounts at the Wo' P'in Spa, the Buffalo Thunder Run, great rates at Towa Golf and special room rates for the season.   

Known for gourmet food and a festive atmosphere, Buffalo Thunder offers three menus this Thanksgiving that will please any configuration of family and budget.  Thanksgiving meals will be served at the Painted Parrot, Red Sage and Turquoise Trail. Guests are invited to make a real indulgence and spend the night in the resort's luxurious yet affordable accommodations.

Red Sage, a world-renowned restaurant, is offering a Thanksgiving menu at a price that will drive cooks out of their kitchens in droves.  For $39 prix fixe, a seasonal harvest -inspired dinner can be enjoyed in one of Santa Fe's most elegant settings. The traditional Thanksgiving dinner inspired by New Mexican haute cuisine will satisfy adventurous eaters and romantics alike.

Red Sage is offering a range of dishes this Thanksgiving, from comfort food to creative options, all utilizing the finest, freshest ingredients available. This is a real change from the usual holiday dining, and a real treat for anyone who isn't cooking at home.

People are invited to put away that turkey baster and try the Turquoise Trail buffet-style dining from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. On offer are both traditional dishes and tempting creations from the chef de cuisine. 

Christmas will be an all-day festive and gourmet event, with fine dining available at the Painted Parrot Buffet.  Paired with Wo' P'in Spa treatment, Christmas Day at Buffalo Thunder can be the perfect gift for that someone special, or a new family tradition.

The Global Running Culture, the Pueblo of Pojoaque Wellness Center and Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino are proud to present the Second Annual Buffalo Thunder Run, a 12K (7.46 miles) and 5K (3.1 mile) road run, and a 1.6K (1-mile) fitness walk.  The race will be held at the magnificent Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino on tribal land.  The views of the Jemez and the Sangre de Cristo mountains are spectacular, and the course will be challenging and fun. The Pueblo of Pojoaque has been instrumental in developing new resources and services for the tribe and Pojoaque Valley community.  This is a Thanksgiving celebration of wellness and spirituality for everyone involved.
