SANTA FE, NM —Known to millions of fans from the band Poison and the hit reality show Rock of Love, musician, actor, film producer and one of Playgirl’s ten sexiest rock stars Bret Michaels is coming to Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino, accompanied by two lovely women from Rock of Love.  Michaels will perform from his new solo album “Rock My World.”  Ambre Lake and Catherine Brown, the beautiful and talented top contestants from seasons two of Rock of Love, will be firing up the casino with their star power before and after the show.

Poison achieved great success and popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s. They are icons of the 80s MTV era who have continued to have widespread commercial success. To date, the band has sold more than 25 million records worldwide, including 14.5 million in the United States alone. The band has also charted ten singles to the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, including six Top Ten singles and one #1.

Although Bret Michaels has led the rock band Poison for the last 25 years, he has consistently worked on special solo projects including his new album “Rock my World.” Michaels has recorded with Brad Arnold of 3 Doors Down, Mark Wills, Chris Cagle, Stevie Nicks, Uncle Kracker, Phil Vassar and Jessica Andrews. He has also performed with the likes of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Williams Jr., Drowning Pool, Kenny Chesney, members of Kiss and Steven Tyler. Michaels performed The Beatles song, "Drive My Car" for RADD, the entertainment industry’s voice against drunk driving, alongside Paul McCartney, Melissa Etheridge, Clint Black, Lisa Hartman, Ringo Starr and many others.

Michaels is also famous for an explicit videotape he made with former girlfriend Pamela Anderson, which was featured in Spin Magazine's Top 100 Greatest Moments in Rock And Roll. Michaels and Anderson got a federal injunction to stop distribution of the tape, receiving a seven-figure settlement. Michaels wrote, produced and starred in the Showcase Entertainment film “A Letter from Death Row” with actor Charlie Sheen. He wrote, directed and starred in Miramax/Dimensions “No Code of Conduct” as well, and co-produced the feature film “Free Money” starring Marlon Brando and Mira Sorvino.

Ambre Lake, the reigning queen of Rock of Love and an accomplished actress and dancer, will be visiting Buffalo Thunder and Santa Fe with Catherine Brown, the owner of a Las Vegas marketing company who was a contender for Michaels’ heart on Season Two of Rock of Love. Arriving the night before the show, Lake and Brown will be sampling Santa Fe’s fine dining and nightlife and mingling with the locals.  The Rock of Love bus arrives at Buffalo Thunder Saturday morning, 10 a.m.  Before and after the show, these winsome women will be gracing Buffalo Thunder, giving out autographs and gaming with fans in the casino.
