ROAD ASSOCIATION: Camino Tres Arroyos is a private rugged road with a road Association.  Member dues annually are $500 for quarterly gradings. The Camino Tres Arroyos Road Association boasts of natural speeds bumps to deter speeding.  15 MPH is strictly enforced to protect our kids and animals.
