About Jennifer Marshall
Ms. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and a Master's Degree in International Affairs and Public Policy from Georgetown University. She attended the American School of Florence as a child and completed her secondary education at The Emma Willard School in Troy, New York.
Jennifer began her career in public relations in the Department of External Affairs at the Smithsonian in Washington, DC, where she facilitated key international interactions for the Institution. She also coordinated the Smithsonian's relationship with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and launched Smithsonian ventures through this premier entertainment talent and literary agency as part of the Smithsonian's 150th Anniversary team.
She has continued her strategic marketing and public relations work in New Mexico, first at the Museum of New Mexico by serving as Media Manager and Assistant Director of Marketing and Public Relations and later at the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum as Director of Marketing & Public Relations. In addition, she has handled many successful national and international campaigns for numerous clients.
Ms. Marshall's interests are reflected in her civic and professional affiliations which include the New Mexico Environmental Law Center; Keep Santa Fe Beautiful Board; Trust for Public Land Sponsorship Committee and assisting the NM Women's Foundation. She was a recent recipient of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce "Volunteer of the Year" Tourism Award. Jennifer lives in Santa Fe with one dog and a trio of llamas.
